Photo Book for Class

This month in stamp class we will be making a little photo book for both photos & journaling. It has a total of 8 pages. I will not show them all so something can be a surprise for class.

Each book is made from a 12 x 12 DSP page. I learned how to make this little book at a retreat that I went to.

I hope you enjoyed!!

Pinwheel

Here is another card that we will be making in the July stamp class. Pinwheel cards are all the rage right now & I just had to learn to make them!

You start by cutting a 3x3 square piece of double sided DSP. Then you score it from corner to corner. Cut from each corner in towards the center. Leave about 1/2" from the center on each cut. Place SNAIL or glue dots on every other corner. Now you are going to stick down the corners one by one in a clock wise movement in the center. Make sure to cross the center point with each one, so that when you place your brad you will catch each point. Using your paper piercing tool punch a hole in the middle & place your brad. Waaaalaaa your done!!

I hope you enjoyed!!

It has some beautiful patterns in it for sure, & the houndstooth is just one of them!

Pun Fun

Pun Fun was one of the sets that retired this year. My June class was focused on sets that were retiring. This was one of the cards that I designed for class. I paired this stamp with the Blushing Bride & Poppy Parade from the 2010-2011 In color family. I used the new scalloped edge Chocolate Chip polka dot ribbon. The tool kit was used to rough the edges of the layers.

I hope you enjoy!!!
